Novell has several volume licensing programs available which substantially reduce the cost of ownership for Novell software. The two most common programs are the Contract License Agreement (CLA) and Volume License Agreement (VLA). Spectrum SupportNet, Inc. is a Novell Platinum Partner and CLA authorized reseller.

Volume licensing from Novell gives you access to the following benefits:

Reduced Cost
Purchase only as many copies of media and documentation as you actually need, rather than bear the higher costs of ordering, shipping, and storing multiple copies of the same product.

Upgrade Protection
For a single up-front fixed price for each product, you can receive two years of free automatic upgrades. You will receive each new version of each covered product for two years, no matter how many new versions are brought out in that time period.

CLA customers have the following additional benefits:

Site Licensing
CLA customers may purchase software licensed on a per-user, rather than per-server basis. As your organization expands, your site-licensed products may be run on all servers at no additional cost, no matter how many servers you add. You pay additional licensing only for adding workstation seats.

Training Vouchers
Available only to CLA accounts, each reduced-price training voucher is good for a full day of training at any Novell Authorized Education Center (NAEC).

Advanced Technical Training
CLA accounts also have access to Novell's Advanced Technical Training seminars, which are normally reserved for engineers from Novell and Novell Gold and Platinum Partners. These seminars, typically on cutting-edge Novell technologies and services, are taught by Novell's own product engineers and internal instructors.
