Spectrum Supportnet, Inc. - network services & solutions

Dear Allan:

I have been remiss in writing to you to let you know how pleased we were with Spectrum SupportNet's services following our firm's devastating computer crash last spring. I intended to write to you write a way, but, once Spectrum got our computer system up and running, I ended up attending to other things. I do not want you to think, however, that we do not appreciate how promptly and effectively Spectrum was able to address the problems we faced and provide workable solutions.

We were initially reassured by Spectrum's willingness and ability to give priority to our problem. Then, we were impressed with the knowledge and proficiency shown in the preliminary stages of diagnosing the problems, evaluating what could be salvaged, and making recommendations to repair the crashed network. From that point, we continued to feel confident that our new system would not suffer from the weaknesses of our old system and that we could recover from having a fully downed computer. You were able to replace our server and repair our network system so that it was up and running within a matter of days. In a nutshell, you restored our faith in computer consultants!

We also must especially commend the performance of Bob Merritt, who was the brave soul sent out to deal with all of us crazed attorneys when our system seemed insolubly broken. Bob not only fixed the problem, but communicated to us clearly and calmly what the problems were and what options we had to deal with them. He clearly knows his stuff! Bob rationally reviews the issues at hand, applies his knowledge (or obtains information from other sources, if necessary) and addresses what needs to be done in a low key but professional manner.

There was palpable relief when Spectrum was able to get our system up last April. We continue to rely on Spectrum's expertise and professionalism and expect to use Spectrum for our ongoing support needs. Again, I apologize for the belatedness in expressing our thanks to Spectrum SupportNet; we are truly grateful, on a daily basis, for the work you did for us.

Dear Mr. Hurst:

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding work Spectrum SupportNet has performed for us. We are a small division of a large corporation, without the resources to go through a full pilot program before deploying a system. With your help, we consistently roll out systems that work, the first time, every time. In fact, our small IS department is beginning the attract the attention of the corporate office, since our network runs so well.

Specifically, I would like to than you and Tracy Watson for the flawless transition from our two NetWare 3.1x servers to our new IntranetWare server. Tracy set up the server, verified that it worked, and we plugged it in down here. It has worked perfectly ever since. My boss, the division President, could not be happier.

Also, I would like to thank Spectrum SupportNet for constantly finding the most cost effective solutions to our network needs. Most recently, the 3Com switch that you advised us to buy works great and fits our budget.

From sage advice to cost effective solutions, you and your team have consistently solved our networking problems. In short, Spectrum SupportNet has become an invaluable resource to help us maintain and expand our network. Thank you ALL!
