These certifications give our engineering staff direct access to high levels of technical support from Novell, Microsoft, Compaq and HP resulting in the ability to escalate critical technical issues. With this infrastructure we are able to resolve problems more quickly.

Our engineers continually work to maintain and update their technical skills and certifications via formal training classes, self paced study and hands on experimentation in our corporate testing lab.
